Depending on where you place your order and where it is being delivered, your parcel may transit through one of our global hubs to simplify customs handling and reduce delivery times.

All payments on BelovedLuxury.com are processed securely through our approved payment partners. The available payment methods for your country will be displayed at checkout. Your card or account will only be charged once your order has been confirmed.
Important Shipping Notes
- Some international shipments may be selected for random customs checks by local authorities. This can extend delivery times and is outside the control of BelovedLuxury.com.
- Orders placed during pop up events or special launches may require additional processing time while stock is transferred between our hubs.
- Bespoke pieces and personalised items, including certain jewellery or custom orders, may have longer production and shipping times.
- Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days for processing or delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on your delivery country, your order may be subject to local import duties, customs fees or sales taxes when it arrives.
These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
BelovedLuxury.com provides the carrier with all required shipping information at dispatch. Any additional duties or taxes are typically calculated by the courier and collected at or before delivery.
BelovedLuxury.com is not liable for local sales or state taxes linked to your purchase, nor for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Order Processing
All items are shipped via our trusted partners (for example DHL, UPS and selected local couriers). Orders are prepared once payment has been successfully authorised.
For shipments within the United Kingdom, a Next Day service is available on eligible orders (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For all other destinations, please refer to the shipping table above. Customs processing, where required, may extend the indicated time frames.
Delivery Exceptions
- Placing an order does not absolutely guarantee delivery if an item is found to be unavailable or if inventory is mismatched.
- In the rare event that we cannot fulfil your order, it will be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded in full.
- Certain materials, including exotic skins or restricted components, may be subject to import limitations in some countries.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to air transport regulations, we cannot ship pressurised or highly flammable products (such as specific aerosols or certain fragrances) by air. These items may be available only for selected domestic delivery options or in-store collection where applicable.
- Exotic skins, some precious materials such as specific furs or pearls, and similar items can be restricted by local law. Please contact our Customer Care team for advice before placing this type of order.
- We are unable to deliver to some locations and postcodes. If your address is not eligible, please choose an alternative shipping destination or contact Customer Care for assistance.
- We currently cannot ship to the following countries: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria and Ukraine.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking & delivery
- You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or PO Boxes for high-value items.
- All shipments are insured to order value.
Lost or damaged shipments
Contact us immediately if your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
